"The Gold Snap Tie Award" is presented annually to an individual in recognition of their outstanding service and exceptional contributions to the cribbing industry in Calgary and area. If you look on your "Application Form", you'll see a spot at the bottom where you can make you nomination for this year's award. Please take a minute to nominate someone who you think has done an outstanding job of representing our industry this past year. We'd like to acknowledge his achievements (see illustration below). Your votes will be tallied and an announcement and presentation made at this year's Cribbers Golf Classic Banquet.

Tickets will be sold prior to the start of play and the money collected, put into a pot for the final draw. The Rules Each Team Captain is given a numbered "pink ball". The Captain plays the ball on the first hole and then passes it to Player #2 who plays it on the next. It is then passed on to Player #3, and so forth and so forth. Each player must play the "pink ball" on his respective holes until the game is completed or until the ball is lost. Keep track of the hole when your ball was lost for this award only and continue playing with a regular ball until you're finished. All Teams who complete the 18 holes without losing their ball become eligible for the "Pink Ball Award". Their Team Names will be entered into a draw to determine the winner. Remember, it's important not to loose your ball! A Charitable Donation 50% of all monies collected will be given to a charity, yet to be named. The Team Prize The remaining 50% will be given to the winning Team to be split equally between the Team members. The Award The size of the prize will depend on the number of tickets sold.
